i beat dead pace ignition but can't open the 4th conduit door in dead space 2

In Dead Space Ignition you must survive the initial Necromorph outbreak on The Sprawl. There is a file called conduit.7z that exists, there USED TO BE instructions on how to use it here on steam, that thread has long since disappeared, likely because of how old it was causing it to get cleaned up.
